Christopher Arzoomanian

Christopher Arzoomanian, Esq.

Christopher Arzoomanian is a California personal injury attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals harmed by negligence, unsafe conditions, and uninhabitable living environments. Mr. Arzoomanian’s practice focuses on personal injury, property damage, habitability claims, and related civil matters, representing clients in cases ranging from motor-vehicle collisions to complex landlord–tenant disputes.

Since beginning his legal career in 2017, Christopher has built a reputation for being a strategic negotiator and a client-centered advocate who fights relentlessly for fair compensation. Mr. Arzoomanian understands that every case represents a real person facing hardship, and he is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, compassion, and strength. His multilingual background—fluent in Armenian and English, supported by a staff fluent in Spanish and Farsi—allows his firm to serve California’s diverse communities with ease and accessibility.

Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law & Society from UC Irvine, followed by his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.

He now proudly represents clients across the entire state of California, offering personalized attention and aggressive advocacy in pursuit of justice.

John Yenokian

Mr. Yenokian is a passionate, caring and dedicated advocate, who is truly committed to providing all his clients with the best representation.

John M. Yenokian, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of the Habitability Department at Arzoomanian Law, P.C. Mr. Yenokian specializes in habitability and tenant rights matters. John prides himself on being a tough, creative and fair legal advocate for all his clients in the pursuit of justice. Prior to joining Arzoomanian Law, P.C., John worked at well-known habitability / tenant and personal injury law firms in Los Angeles where he successfully represented plaintiffs in all aspects of litigation.

Mr. Yenokian earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. While at Southwestern, John was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the Armenian Law Students Association. In addition to gaining valuable legal training by working at both plaintiffs’ and defense firms during law school, he was a representative for legal research source LexisNexis.

John is fluent in Armenian. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California as well as in Federal Court in the United States District Court. 

In his (rare) free time, John enjoys the beach, traveling and exploring the Los Angeles food scene.


Steve Juarez

Steve is an Associate Attorney of the Habitability Department at Arzoomanian Law, P.C., dedicated to providing thoughtful, reliable legal representation with a client-first approach.

Mr. Juarez earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School during the coronavirus epidemic, an experience that required adaptability, resilience, and commitment to excellence under unprecedented circumstances. This background has shaped his ability to navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

Known for his approachable demeanor and attention to detail, Steve strives to make the legal process clear and accessible while advocating effectively for his clients’ interests.

On his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends.


Tadeh Minasyan

Tadeh Minasyan is an Associate Attorney in the Habitability Department at Arzoomanian Law, P.C., where he represents tenants in matters involving unsafe living conditions, landlord negligence, and violations of California housing laws. Mr. Minasyan is dedicated to protecting tenant rights and advocating for individuals and families who have been forced to live in substandard housing.

Mr. Minasyan earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of West Los Angeles (UWLA) School of Law in Los Angeles, California in June 2023. During his legal training and early career, he developed experience handling workers’ compensation matters, where he advocated for injured workers and gained valuable exposure to complex claims processes, negotiations, and litigation strategy.

His background representing injured workers, along with experience in personal injury matters, strengthened his ability to analyze detailed cases, build strong claims, and advocate effectively on behalf of clients navigating difficult legal situations.

At Arzoomanian Law, P.C., Mr. Minasyan focuses on habitability and tenant rights litigation, working to hold property owners accountable when housing standards are not met. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, he strives to ensure that every client understands their rights and feels confident throughout the legal process.

Luis M. Inocente

Luis M. Inocente is a tenants’ rights attorney dedicated to using the law as a tool for collective uplift. Inspired by his own childhood experiences with substandard housing and the values instilled by his Zapotec parents from Oaxaca, he has built a career focused on protecting families, elevating communities, and ensuring that no one endures unsafe or dehumanizing living conditions.

Early in his career, Luis served as a law clerk on the remanded phase of McNairy v. C.K. Realty, a published California Court of Appeal decision affirming that emotional distress damages are recoverable under Civil Code § 1942.4.

For more than a decade, Luis has litigated habitability cases and defended tenants facing eviction across California. His work extends beyond the courtroom: he partners with organizations such as Community Lawyers, Inc., SAJE, and FAME Legal Clinic to provide pro bono tenants’ rights education. His outreach also includes multiple appearances on Univision, where he has offered guidance on unlawful detainers, reporting housing conditions, and navigating California’s tenant‑protection laws.

Luis’s work reflects a deep connection to his heritage and a lifelong commitment to service. He brings together litigation skills, cultural understanding, and community engagement to advocate effectively for diverse clients across the state. His career stands as a testament to the belief that safe, dignified housing is a fundamental right and that the law can be a powerful instrument for change.
